Keith E. Bishop of Adelaide, South Australia, played A grade baseball in Port Adelaide. A graduate of the Royal Military College at Duntroon, Captain Bishop was a member of the permanent military staff in Adelaide before serving in Egypt with HQ 24th Brigade. Captain Bishop was killed in action on November 1, 1942. He is buried at the El Alamein War Cemetery in Egypt.
